At First Tee – Puerto Rico, we are part of a growing and evolving network that is committed to ensuring we meet the changing needs of kids and families today. By seamlessly integrating the game of golf with a life skills curriculum, we create active learning experiences that build inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience that kids can carry to everything they do. We help kids show up stronger in everything they do, and we need your help to do it. There are various ways you can partner with us as we build experiences that will help kids and teens achieve their full potential.

Expanded Programs, Growth and Capacity Building

In an effort to provide programs to as many kids and families as possible in our service area of Puerto Rico, we are committed to:

• Investing in people to strengthen organizational effectiveness and service to our community
• Recruiting, training and retaining coaches to maintain a 1:6 coach to participant ratio
• Continuing education and training for staff, coaches and volunteers
• Increasing program opportunities with additional classes and new program locations
• Ensuring all adults that participate in our programs are properly background checked and
  complete Safe Sport Training
• Evolving and adapting our program schedule to meet the needs of our kids and families
